Newsboy fancies Mews House to deliver a well overdue victory on his third start from Rebecca Menzies at Catterick while Divine Comedy is the pick at Nottingham
MEWS HOUSE (2.13, NAP) can accommodate punters today by recording his first win for upwardly mobile Rebecca Menzies. The eight-year-old has shown he is very much at home at Catterick with three wins and two seconds from eight appearances.
Six of his seven career victories have come over today’s 5f trip and he reappears on turf on a 19lb lower mark than when he last triumphed. He may be on a long losing streak but his fourth placed effort at Newcastle last month was his best for a while on only his second run for his new stable and he should be competitive under Harry Burns.

At Nottingham only a field of four horses line up in the Listed Barry Hills Further Flight Stakes but they are all well matched.
Group 3 winner Al Qareem is the class act and as a result has to concede 10lb to the mare DIVINE COMEDY (4.35, NB) who is the selection.
A previous course and distance winner, she improved last year to finish second in the Ascot Stakes and can continue to make her mark under regular jockey Kaiya Fraser.
COSMIC YEAR (6.10), 8-1 for the 2,000 Guineas, should find victory in a Kempton novice a formality.
