A former Manchester United defender has seen his contract at Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr terminated after just 12 months at the club.
The Saudi Pro League side, which features United legend, Cristiano Ronaldo, have just gotten their new season underway as they look to improve on a second-place finish from last year.
However, just two games into the campaign, Alex Telles has mutually agreed to tear up his contract at the blub to embark on a new challenge, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Portuguese full-back only arrived at Al-Nassr last summer in a £4million move but has reportedly fallen out of favour with manager Luis Castro.
Telles featured 38 times in his 14 months in Saudi, netting three times in all competitions for the club.

Telles, 31, spent three years on the books at Manchester United and featured 50 times
The full-back’s link up with his former United teammate Cristiano Ronaldo is set to end
The 31-year-old leaves behind his former team-mate, Ronaldo, with whom he played alongside during the 2021-22 campaign.
He arrived through the Carrington doors in 2020 and made 50 appearances across two years at the club.
Telles only found the back of the net once for the Red Devils, a fine volley in a 2-1 Champions League win over Villarreal in September 2021.
However, he spent his final season in red on loan at Spanish side Sevilla, where he won the Europa League.
He was then shipped to Saudi by Erik ten Hag who preferred the likes of Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia, who are both currently injured, in the left-back position.

But with one year still left on his deal at Al Nassr, Telles is seemingly now looking for a new club.
Reports have suggested the Portuguese full-back has had offers but is yet to make a decision on his future.
